Associate Professor Gongyan Liu

Dr. Gongyan Liu received a bachelor’s degree at Light Chemical Engineering Department of Sichuan University in 2007. He joined the Dow Chemical Company as research chemist in 2012 after getting his PhD degree at Department of Polymer Science and Engineering of Zhejiang University in 2012. After working in the company for one year, he joined the Department ofBiomass Chemistry and Leather Engineering of Sichuan University in 2013, and became an associated professor in 2015. He has been doing research work in the polymeric biomaterials and biological interface for over 10 years and has published more than 30 research papers in peering reviewed international Journal and 3 authorized patents.
