任 尧，博士，博士后，副教授，硕士生导师，食品工程系副系主任，主要从事食源性蛋白质开发利用，功能活性肽、呈味肽研究，长期致力于天然活性小分子的提取、纯化和功能性、营养学评价，对各类新资源食品、农产品进行深加工开发研究。目前为止，主持国家自然科学基金项目、教育部博士后面上基金项目、四川省自然科学基金、省科技厅重点项目和成都市基础应用项目及企业合作项目10多项。 在国际重要SCI学术刊物发表研究性论文30余篇，作为J. Agric. Food Chem., Food Chem., Int. J. Biol. Macromol. 和Food&Funct.等国际学术期刊特邀审稿人，授权国家发明专利10多项。
